Mostly a great company!

Pros:

1. Great work-life balance.
2. Overall, very good management.
3. Flat structure.
4. Good food (though I have some thoughts on this).
5. Offers facilities like a skill development fund, team-building fund, insurance, and transportation.
6. Most clients are excellent.
7. A great office space!
8. Shout-out to all our support staff — they are always very good and supportive.
9. Game room — yay!

Cons:

1. Nothing too serious, but one thing I think Cefalo should prioritise is consistently providing good coffee. We used to have a good coffee blend on each floor, but for some reason, that’s gone. Even the proper coffee we used to get in the morning is now missing — is the coffee machine broken? Please fix that coffee machine, and bring back the Gold Nescafe! After all, we engineers mostly turn coffee into code, right? Great coffee means great code!
2. Profit sharing and a provident fund should be standard for a company like Cefalo.
3. Something has changed recently with the food as well. We used to get great food on working days, but now it seems to be provided only on WFH days? Not sure if this is a temporary thing or a new policy, but it feels a bit odd.

I really like Cefalo and honestly can’t think of any other place in Bangladesh where I’d rather work. But seriously — fix that damn coffee machine! And can we please get the "proper" coffee throughout the day instead of just in the morning?
