Why Cefalo, Why?

Cefalo is mostly a good company to work on that anyone could have asked for. I really dont want any comment fights, don't want to reach management for any issue, I just want to give feedback from my shoes.
Pros :
- Zero micro management.
- Really work-life balance in most of the teams.
- Gifts and celebrations in different occassion.
- Snacks and Skill development allowance.
- Sometimes even you can get some financial help like getting salary in advance from them. Which is very exceptional case though.
- No internal politics maybe.
Cons :
- I think its not really cons but somehow this things are weird. Why are you guys doing cost cutting through food? I mean serving popular / good foods only on WFH days, Removing gold coffee from each floor, not providing boiled egg etc etc. I mean if you guys have budget issue then dont provide those gifts but atleast let us have our coffee with peace. I mean comeon! Coffee is what recharges the engineers. Who does cost cutting from it man! Though I am not sure whether it's removed due to cost cutting or what but by any reason I dont think it's justified.
- EM's are not equal. It's really true that 4 EM's has different perspective. Some of the teams are getting proper value and some of the team members are feeling biased that's why.
- Cefalo doesnt evaluates the teck stack while bringing client. They randomly just brings client and assigned them to the employees. If you are lucky you may have a team with good stack where you can grow. Or else there won't be any opportunity to grow your skills. It won't matter if you are planning to stay in cefalo forever though.
- No profit sharing system.
Conclusion : Cefalo used to be so friendly place to work at. It is still good in almost everything but the changes might make it like the other regular toxic companies slowly which I really dont want. Please keep this place like our second home not another commercial typical Bangladesh company.
