Serving here for more than a year and being surprised every day with their professionalism, care to the employees, work culture, empathy and so many things that they are trying to manage for their team members.
Pros:
1. On time salary, bonuses, profit share etc.
2. Learning friendly work environment
3. Excellent work culture with nice work environment
4. Full subsidized lunch, snacks, tea, coffee etc. (Food quality is too good)
5. Leave encashment & medical allowance facility
6. Earn, Sick, Casual leaves. Some special leaves like Paternal leave, Marriage leave, Recreational leave (40% Gross Salary)
7. Profit share & performance bonus
8. Yearly grand retreat
9. Different days celebration in the office etc.
Cons:
Company should focus in developing new own products which they are already trying to. Apart from this there is no other mentionable cons.
