This place is great to work at.

✅ Pros:

Great culture and working environment
Timely salary before end-of-month
Good salary structure. Some companies in the country may pay more, but the salary amount here has always been satisfactory.
Value towards career. The company has always valued me as an employee, and has either directly added value to my career, or indirectly given me the resources to do so. There are enough seniors (10+ years exp.) with good insights to help you grow.
Working on projects from around the world.
Colleagues are very friendly and caring. You will be expected to do you job and punch above your level, but that will always be met with appreciation.
All project timelines are well planned by experienced people. Clients are usually given very realistic deadlines. Gives developers the space to work at a decent at a decent speed and not feel overburdened.
Any expectations for overtime or working on weekends is clearly communicated as per project needs. If you do need to work on some weekends, you will be additionally paid for it.
Company policies and expectations are transparent. Leave policy is good. As long as you communicate your issues, you will get proper responses.
Hybrid work environment (for now). Work from office, or from home, whatever is best for you and your team.
Not really necessary to get involved in office politics. If you are working well and team is in sync, you don't really need to bother.

❌ Cons:

Due to financial issues, the current workplace might feel a bit cramped to some. Was great previously, might be again soon.
Literally nothing else.
