As students of BRAC University, we fully understand and resonate with the concerns raised by company employees regarding internal issues. However, we also feel it’s important to share our own experiences, particularly with the BRACU Connect platform (formerly USIS), which has consistently caused significant difficulties during semester advising.
Despite repeated feedback from students, 8RAC IT has often disabled their official Facebook page, limiting open dialogue. While the organization frequently emphasizes its commitment to transparency, there has been little to no clear communication or accountability regarding these recurring issues.
Unfortunately, it often feels like students bear the brunt of this lack of responsiveness. From our perspective, the collaboration between BRAC University and 8RAC IT reflects a system where student concerns are frequently overlooked.
