It's not the employees fault that the company has absolutely horrible security policy and some random troglodyte leaked a client's private banking data in his personal GitHub repo (who was deservingly laid off with 2 months severance) but the employees are definitely suffering from it through strict cost cutting in company facilities, worse than lackluster increments, and worst of all, experienced developers getting laid off and replaced by freshers because of lower salary (But the upper management has the nerve to defend this bullcrap by saying that seniors lose their touch quickly but newly grads have a fresher mindset in work). Company used to increment like 60 to 80% for good performance but now they raise like 5k or 15k if you're lucky.
Fresher salary may look good to you but you're not getting much raise if you stay in this company. Also freshers are kept without work for a long time. Plenty of guys who joined this company a year ago and still haven't joined a project. Some guy didn't even come to the company for a whole year while getting paid and it took the management A YEAR to notice. Tells you a lot about how they manage employees. Their response to this is banning work from entirely for everyone unless you are literally dying.
