HR Mismanagement (J.M. Tariq):
The individual acting as HR, J.M. Tariq, lacks even the most basic knowledge of HR responsibilities. He is unable to draft proper emails and has no control over core HR operations — these are instead handled by the project manager. A clear example of his negligence: he was assigned the task of opening employee salary accounts at BRAC Bank, which he failed to do. Every time an employee followed up, he lied, claiming the process was complete when it clearly wasn’t. Despite repeated incidents, the management took no action against his continued incompetence and dishonesty.

CTO Behavior (Aminul Hossain):
The CTO, Aminul Hossain, demonstrates unprofessional and unethical behavior. He has been seen sleeping during important meetings and shows favoritism towards certain employees. During performance appraisals and increment periods, he often claims the company has no budget — yet he wastes employee's money on any picnic and lives in 5 star room and travel by air and employees are forced to contribute money for official picnics or events and gives lowest service.
