AGT is not a company that directly hires you — they act as a supplier and assign you to another company, which may then assign you to yet another client project. This creates a complicated and frustrating work environment. Here are some of the key issues I experienced:
- Unstable Work Hours: You’re often required to work overnight, making it difficult to maintain a healthy sleep schedule or personal life.
- Multiple Layers of Accountability: You’re answerable to multiple managers or leads from different organizations, which leads to confusion and constant pressure.
- No Dedicated Project or Role: You don’t get a clear role or responsibility. You’re expected to do whatever they assign, regardless of your expertise.
- Salary Delays: Salaries are rarely paid on time. In my case, I joined on the 9th working day of the month but never received my salary for that month — even after the CEO, Fahim, personally assured me that I would.
- Zero Job Security: You can be fired at any time without notice, reason, or proper process.
- Constant Hiring and Firing: Their job posts always say “Immediate Hiring” because they constantly fire employees abruptly and replace them just as quickly.
If you come across a job posting from AGT, I strongly advise you to think twice before applying.
