Poor Management and Misbehave with employee

1. Owner or CEO of this company is very unethical.

2. If an employee is in notice period he will not give salary. He did so many times with so many employees. 

3. Low Wages. 

4. No Government holidays. 

5. Low salary structure.

6. Set timer on the employees' workstation. 

7. Poor management. 
8. Fraud.
