Asst Manager (ERP development)

Last year I was hired before EID UL FITR. When I was given the confirmation letter it was showing that it was a six months contractual job and if they need more they might extend the contracts.  There was a major issue in their transportation module to process more parcels. Also the AGM was involve in their ecommerce who was not able to fix that issues as the exact reason  was not find. After analyses the system found reason and fixed that. Besides this the AGM was not able to handle ecommerce team and management reassign him ERP team. EID UL FITR and EID UL ADHA gone smoothly without any interruption. And the interesting thing was happening then the complex thing like IOT integrating task was assign me and completed successfully. Then he give me create document with his standard but he does not have standard document of previously developed or example. From then he started revoking and trying prove that I am unfit. And last he report that I am not suit for them.

The main reason was as he was unable to handle ecommerce and back ERP development team. Management does not want more Senior in the sme team. Inspite of confirming me the AGM does not want me to contue his team. 

The inresting things management does not justify my tasks what I have done.   AGM and DGM only allow people in their network. So that their job position will safe.
