Irregular Salary, No Job Security, and No Future Growth

NEXT IT Limited is a highly disappointing workplace, and I strongly advise job seekers to proceed with caution. Although the company has been around for over 15 years, it has not secured a single external client. All work revolves around one internal client—the Managing Director—who uses the company solely to support his own garments business. This severely limits professional growth, learning opportunities, and career advancement.

The salary disbursement is extremely irregular and unreliable. Employees often receive only 30-40% of their monthly salaries in partial installments spread across two or three settlements. In some cases, the company fails to pay the remaining due even after several months. Worse still, there have been instances where employees did not receive their pending dues after resigning, reflecting a serious lack of ethics and professionalism.

There is no job security, no clear career path, and no supportive work culture. Overall, the environment is unstable and demotivating. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a serious and respectful career opportunity.
