No work environment

1. office is full of relatives of managemnet. they are roaming all day arround you. Difficult to keep concentration.
2. at least 15 times in a day, MD comes into developer's room without any reason and stands behind you though all computer's screens are monitored from his room. (very toxic)
3. No break is allowed without natural call.
4. Frequently hr policy is changed when any facilities go againts them.
5. notice period 2 months, but there is an eid bonus in second month, notice period will be 1 month
6. no learning scope and improving yourself because you are allowed to visit other site.
7. if it was possible, they would set a tracking system in washroom.

** there were some good facilities here, but now..............
